Your own private café inside a gorgeous Cambridge hotel.
The entire Sage of Cambridge café area is reserved privately for Social Dating guests, with romantic lighting and smooth music.
You can also use the wider public areas of The Fellows House, including Folio Bar & Kitchen. These hotel spaces are shared with other guests; the Sage café is the area private to our event.

How Event Match works

UK Social Dating starts in the real world.
Come along, meet people face-to-face and enjoy the evening without spending the night staring at a dating app.
If you would like to stay in touch with someone you met, UKSD Event Match makes it simple.
At the venue, you can optionally scan the private Event Match QR code to join that evening’s private Telegram space. Add only your first name and one clear current selfie.
Afterwards, you have 48 hours to identify someone you met and privately message them through Telegram. You choose who to contact; UKSD does not choose matches for you.

Connect afterwards
Join optional UKSD Event Match at the venue, add your first name and a current selfie, then reconnect privately through Telegram. Event Match closes 48 hours after the event.
A welcoming, hosted evening
You do not need to be naturally confident.
Many guests will arrive alone. The Host will welcome everyone, explain the format, encourage natural introductions and make sure nobody feels forgotten.
One good conversation can be enough to make the evening worthwhile.
